Public Cloud Container Services team provides a Managed Kubernetes Platform, enabling CBA teams to deliver applications at high pace by leveraging the power of Kubernetes and Public Cloud. In this role, you will see yourself building the Kubernetes Platform for the bank. You will be involved in building the cluster, teach the internal customers how to build a Kubernetes-native application and ensure the platform is running 24*7.

We’re interested in hearing from people who 

• Experience as Software Engineer/ DevOps/SRE/System Engineer in Cloud environment. 

• Experience with Kubernetes network and API security: ServiceMesh/Istio, Ingress Controller, API Gateway, OAuth2 

• Experience with writing Kubernetes controller/operator is highly desirable. 

• Experience with programming in Golang or Python. 

• Experience with Cloud/AWS fundamental service (IAM, VPC, EC2, ASG) 

• Experience with container technology, Docker and Kubernetes/EKS. 

• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code(CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi) 

• Understanding of DevOps/SRE Best Practices: Logging, Monitoring, Security. 

• Advanced knowledge in Linux internal and be able to troubleshoot complex issues 

Tech skills  

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team; 

• Experience building ServiceMesh

The Support Engineer is part of a global organization entrusted as a technical resource to guide our customers during critical issues to ensure a timely and effective case resolution. In support engineering, the customer and their positive experience is paramount and central to our daily efforts. ServiceNow support engineering is integral to the success of our customers, as well as for the health of ServiceNow.

In this role, the support engineer will resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or to answer technical questions about the ServiceNow software and platform.

A successful candidate will be committed to providing amazing customer support experiences, using skills that include building trust, showing empathy and excellent communication to answer customer questions and resolve issues through various technologies including web, chat, email, case updates, as well as direct telephone support.

Understanding the ServiceNow platform and all core functionalities will be essential while employing various diagnostic tools to isolate the potential cause of the issue. The engineer is expected to diligently manage and resolve challenging issues assigned to them but may need to coordinate assistance from additional teams for more complex cases. Support engineers at this level of experience will have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior members of their team.

Lastly, support engineers also play a key role in providing input across business units regarding process and product improvements due to their unique perspective when working on technical issues for customers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the responsibility for maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel to the required standard as per the hotel’s needs. You will ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, visitors and employees.

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to are the following:

• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.

About the Role (your why)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our high-performance Professional Services team.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as the Senior Systems Engineer you will be focused on:

·          In this key cross-disciplinary role you will work closely with our Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams.

·          Have experience in one or both of the following: Backup (Commvault, Veeam) OR Storage (HPE, NetApp, Lenovo & Dell)

·          Automation and Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

You will have a curiosity & passion for customers and a proven ability to communicate solutions in a way that resonates with all levels of our customer’s. You must be comfortable in engaging both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
