As the Maintenance Supervisor at Baiada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our maintenance department. Responsibilities: Overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring that they complete their duties efficiently.Planning and executing maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations and prevent breakdowns.Ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.Providing training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a capable and efficient teamCommunicating with management regarding maintenance-related issues, updates, and recommendations for process improvement.
