We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitters to join the dynamic team based in Hanwood. As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued operation and efficiency of our production equipment and machinery. Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance on a range of industrial machinery, including but not limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, and hydraulics.Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in a timely manner to minimise production downtime.Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce operational costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and optimise production processes.Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, promoting a culture of safety awareness within the team. Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter.Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
