We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician (Operational Technology) to join our winning team. The positions would be permanent full time, working a dayshift lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. In this role you will be responsible for: Following maintenance and service plans for Operational Technology systems within the weekly maintenance plan process as instructed by the Operational Technology Engineer. Conducting day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of OT systems including CAS (Collision Awareness System) and PCN communication systems. Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values. Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment. About you: An electrical trade qualification is desirable, however not a must. Any electrical background is preferred. Experience with open cut mining fleet management systems (i.e. Leica, Modular, Guardvant, VIMs) is desirable. Experience in working with heavy earthmoving machinery and programmable logic control systems is desirable. You will be someone who demonstrates self-leadership, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to working proactively and effectively. You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You will have a willingness to contribute to a winning team, whilst also focusing on your personal and professional development.
