Job Description & Responsibilities
Technical Skills and Experience Requirements:
MSP Experience in a similar role
Level 2 IT support using ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control aspiring to be level 2
Visualization – Hyper-V / VMWare basic knowledge
Microsoft Windows Server: 2008/R2 / 2011 / 2013 / 2016 (basic knowledge)
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
Office 365 administrator knowledge
Backup solutions and NAS storage – Veeam B&R
Experience deploying new machines
Experience deploying SOE

Preferred Experience Requirements:
Mac OSX Desktop Experience
SharePoint Administration
Support in the Education sector
Worked on network/switches/routers troubleshooting
Experience in MSP environments
- Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Windows Server experience

Skills / Attributes
Strong ability to solve and troubleshoot problems remotely.
Ability to work in a very busy and highly pressurized environment.
A detailed and accurate approach to undertaking all duties
The ability to communicate both verbally and electronically in a clear, professional manner.
A good listener, with the ability to communicate technical issues and resolutions to people of varying technical levels.
The ability to work with minimum supervision and to maintain a high level of motivation and productivity
Ability to deal with high impact, high profile, incidents and deal with senior level technical engineers
Client-focused and with a customer care/services mindset
Understanding a job is not finished until the customer is happy
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Training provided.
