A member of the Global HSE Team and reporting directly report to the Manager HSE Systems, this role is responsible for leading the delivery of BlueScope’s HSE reporting, data assurance, communications and associated activities and provides meaningful and targeted data and information reports and disclosure to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and developing internal and external HSE reports including Dashboards, QBR, Sustainability Reports, BSL results and  Worldsteel
• Coordinating HSEC and ELT meeting agendas and paper submissions
• Managing HSE data verification and assurance. Ensuring relevance of information, driving continuous improvement, as well as the awareness of any potential deficiencies
• Managing the 2L Group HSE Awards Programs and any external HSE submissions (e.g. Worldsteel). Support 1L Business Units HSE for alignment and consistency
• Integrating and aligning H&S,  Environmental and Process Safety data verification and assurance processes with Sustainability Governance Framework
• Ownership of HSE Reporting standards and associated tools; ensuring they are maintained and reviewed with stakeholder for continuous improvement
• Providing subject matter expertise to the business in the area of HSE reporting including having a deep interest and understanding of global HSE reporting standards, emerging practices, innovations and processes

This role can be based in our Melbourne CBD, Wollongong or Brisbane office with occasional domestic and international travel.

Your Role

As the Cybersecurity Lead within the Air Mobility Solutions (AMS) division, you will play a critical role within the engineering competence centre. Managing a small team, you will play an integral part in defining and executing the Cyber engineering strategy.

The ideal candidate will still be ‘hands on’ as this role will be a split of 70% hands on operational to 30% team management.

Some Key elements of this position:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Discipline BL and the APAC Engineering Manager to define and execute the Cyber engineering vision and strategy, aligning it with the specific region context and objectives.
• Contribute to the formalization and communication of the discipline processes, practices and tools, ensuring they meet international standards.
• Responsible for the adoption of new technologies linked to our business (DevSecOps,..).
• Monitor and assess how cyber current practices and tools contribute to projects and products to ensure they meet established objectives and milestones
• Ensure that cyber engineering practices follow local and international regulation and standards and advise on the development of optimal trade-off to deliver a compliant and design to cost solutions. 
• Work to promote and enhance people training and upskilling to build a strong and sustainable discipline.

On day one, you will ideally bring:

• Expert knowledgeable in multiple levels of cybersecurity practices and substantial knowledge of Cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Cyber risks analysis and Cyber Crisis Management within multiple domains (defence, government, civil)
• Ability to provide cybersecurity advice and guidance on complex projects to ensure that the security architecture is defined based on a risk analysis
• Passion to engage and develop your team through the use of collaborative work and challenging approaches
• Ability to capitalise on the laws, norms and standards in order to help define an efficient cybersecurity strategy for the organisation
• Relevant degree, ideally graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science or you have significant experience in team management

As the Lead Engineer – Gas and Battery Storage in the Integrated Energy Team, you'll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution and be responsible for leading engineers to support the battery storage assets and gas flexible generation assets.  You will be providing discipline-based asset management expertise to ensure asset risks are identified and effectively managed, compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, and the upkeep of asset plans to maximise asset performance of over asset life cycles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining Renewables Asset Management Plans aligned with Asset Management Strategies and the requirements of the business procedures in accordance with ISO 55000.

• Reviewing asset risks and implementing effective risk management plans with control measures to mitigate risks and ensuring compliance with AGL Asset Management Standards and systems are proactively maintained.

• Sponsoring and conducting asset related investigations including formal Root Cause Analysis investigations and acting as a point of reference and technical approving authority for managing changes in assets.

• Proactively undertaking asset related reviews and testing to ensure compliance with licence obligations.

• Maintaining effective working relationships with Regulatory Agencies by responding in a timely manner to issues with the National Electricity Market (NEM).

• Developing and coaching a small team to ensure core competencies are developed and maintained.

• Leading the way in embedding and delivering to the renewable’s leadership team strategy and expectations.

• Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environment Systems and goals are communicated and adhered to while meeting AGL’s policies and standards for HSE management.

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications preferably in Electrical Engineering as well as a Chartered Professional Engineer with previous power generation experience and an understanding of the NEM and current regulatory environment preferred.

• A strong understanding of asset management principles supported by a qualification in ISO55001 is highly desired coupled with both financial and risk management.

• Experience in effective team leadership including, management skills, coaching, mentoring and strong technical leadership.

• Strong commercial acumen, business planning, change management and process improvement skills as well as analytical and conceptual skills for the effective delivery of projects and contract management.

• Proven interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication skills that can be used across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a Quality Lead to develop and lead Cogent’s quality program across the 24/7 injury management hotline and medical bookings business streams. This includes management of the quality framework, such as conducting administrative audits of our business streams, as well as contributing to continuous improvement.  This role can be full time or part time with hybrid working arrangements.

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Develop and maintain the Quality Framework for all business streams including training, accreditation, auditing and continuous improvement.
• Support the operational team leaders for internal escalations for customer quality issues, investigating and developing process and system improvements.
• Create and organise a CPD events calendar to support the professional development of our employees.
• Delivery of regular reporting and review on internal case review meetings addressing quality and clinical continuous improvement.
