What you’ll do:
This is your opportunity as a technically strong leader who will partner with your Product Owner and Product Designer, to deliver the technical vision & solutions for your products and will have no problem coaching, mentoring and developing your people in the right direction. You will also people manage your team of developers.
- Drive innovation on products and services that will improve our customer experience as well as scale our systems as our customer-base continues to grow.
- Leading your team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs
- Designing and leading the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization
- Advocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, customers, partners, and vendors
