Beneath Driver Lane is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing employees and ensure everyone follows health and safety guidelines;
Opening and closing registers for employees;
Counting register drawers and daily deposits, resolving any variances;
Assigning duties to employees as needed to ensure smooth F&B operations;
Training new employees on F&B operations;
Providing employees with recognition and feedback throughout shifts;
Resolving customer requests and other issues that arise during shifts;
Taking and serving customer orders;
Assisting other employees when help is needed;
Communicating with other supervisors to facilitate smooth shifts transition;
Managing budgets and expenses to maximise profits and reduce costs;
Oversee and coordinate all operations
About you:
At last 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong communication skills;
Strong managerial skills;
Ability to work well under pressure and to stand for long hours;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
