We are seeking a Quality Lead to develop and lead Cogent’s quality program across the 24/7 injury management hotline and medical bookings business streams. This includes management of the quality framework, such as conducting administrative audits of our business streams, as well as contributing to continuous improvement. This role can be full time or part time with hybrid working arrangements.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain the Quality Framework for all business streams including training, accreditation, auditing and continuous improvement.
- Support the operational team leaders for internal escalations for customer quality issues, investigating and developing process and system improvements.
- Create and organise a CPD events calendar to support the professional development of our employees.
- Delivery of regular reporting and review on internal case review meetings addressing quality and clinical continuous improvement.
