Qube Bulk provides complete mine to market and mine resupply solutions offering mine, road, rail, storage, port and ship services. We handle more than 85 million tonnes per annum of various bulk ores, concentrates, mineral sands, salt, coal and dangerous goods. We also deliver a range of tanker services from pneumatic operations for cement and lime through to bulk liquid tankers for fuel and sulphuric acid. The Opportunity We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Qube Heavy Lift Team assisting the Qube Heavy Lift HSE Manager and Advisors. Role Location: Port of Brisbane Role Type: Full Time An opportunity exists for an Administration Officer in the Health, Safety, Security, Environment Team. The Administration Officer will provide administrative support primarily to the HSE team and perform specific and general administrative duties to support the wider team. Key responsibilities Assist the Qube Heavy Lift HSE Manager and Advisors Develop safety procedures Monitoring and liaison with third party Medical Management Company and Medical providers for upcoming medicals including running National Reports and monitoring invoicing Solve safety issues, coordinate audits, and inspections Booking and coordinating Project requirements for recruitment, induction and onboarding Booking external training and travel Supporting and monitoring HSSE Compliance for Projects Performing other administrative support as and may be defined by the HSSE such as creating or formatting documents, processing timesheets, or purchasing Organize team meetings Review important safety documents, and many other duties that require a high degree of attention to detail About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following; Previous experience as an Administrator or Safety and Training Administrator within a logistics, resources, construction, or similar industry (particularly in a site-based role) would be highly regarded.
