ffice AdministratorAttractive hourly rate of $35 per hourLong Term Temp OpportunityPosition based in Artarmon, Sydney.Overview of the roles:Wow recruitment is looking for an approachable office administrator with a keen interest in music. We're lookignf for someone who will make the role their own and use their initiative.  As this is an admin role, the successful candidate will have previous administration experience and has the natural ability to build genuine relationships. Our client has built their business around music and an app focusing on meditation, and the administrative duties will revolve around assiting with the setup of the studio and instruments used to create music, so having worked around music or a studio would be highly beneficial!  This role would provide great insight into the creation of music in a studio so someone who has a passion for the area would get a lot out of the position! Key Responsibilities:Phone and email managementAbility to be the directors first point of contact in regard to admin workCustomer Service EnquiriesSupporting clients who use the appStudio setupKnowledge of apps and how to edit music via various platforms a bonusBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with couriers and mail managementGeneral upkeep of the front office space and kitchen area Order stationery and office supplies Key Requirements:Proven admin/ personal assistant experienceA high level of integrityApproachable and personable natureShows initiative and demonstrates adaptabilityAn understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems/softwaresCan work autonomouslyA proactive way of workingThe business is looking to open another studio in Parramatta next year, so the ability to travel between Artarmon and Parramatta would be beneficial. Click APPLY or reach out to Caitlin Stenner - [email protected]
