This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong administrator to hone and further develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative and down-to-earth environment. As the Team Administrator for the Medical and Regulatory team, you'll be integral to the smooth running of training, events and day-to-day admin supporting the team of Medical Science Liaison professionals. The successful candidate will have very strong administrative skills, a solid track record of team support, and a hands-on, positive can-do attitude. Excellent attention to detail is also imperative. Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage the travel, logistics and organisation of training events - including the travel of team members to overseas events
Management of equipment for training and active tracking of state stock levels
Ensure accurate records of printed Medical materials are kept
Management of the online customer registration for all medical training activities.
Regular status updates for all stakeholders
Co-ordinate communications to trainees and trainers
Receiving and preparing invoices from consultants for sign off
Developing Service Agreements, DDQ and DDF for external stakeholders
Develop Sponsorship Agreements for HCPs
Management of sourcing vendor evaluation forms and generation of purchase orders.
Skills/experience required:
3-5 years experience (minimum) in an administration/team assistant role
Very strong organisational and planning skills and high attention to detail
Very strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Experience in highly regulated field/industry - experience in working with contracts, service agreements etc.
Conscientious - the successful applicant will be required to complete the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct Course Program 1
Highly desirable:
Already completed the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct Course Program 1
Has a drivers licence
An interest in the medical or aesthetics industry
