Exciting Opportunity in Mosman, NSW Join Our Client as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper! Location: Mosman, NSW Salary: $85,000 Superannuation Work Schedule: 3 days per week (Accounts) 2 days (HR, Office, Admin, and Clerical) Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional seeking a dynamic role that combines bookkeeping with HR and office management responsibilities? If so, Our Client has the perfect opportunity for you! Position Overview: As the Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting standards. This is a unique position where you will dedicate 3 days per week to handling accounts, with a strong focus on manual processing (all bookkeeping is paper-based). You will also be responsible for accurately transferring and entering this information into the Xero accounting system. The remaining 2 days will be dedicated to HR, office, admin, and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accounts (3 days per week): – Manual processing of financial transactions. – Accurate transfer and entry of paper-based accounting into Xero. – Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data. – Adherence to Australian Accounting standards.– HR, Office, Admin, and Clerical (2 days per week): – Oversee human resources functions. – Manage general office operations. – Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed.Requirements: Proven experience in manual accounts processing (essential). Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting standards. Experience with paper-based accounting systems. Accurate transfer and entry of data into Xero. Exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience in HR, office management, and administration. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Benefits: Competitive salary of $85,000 Superannuation.
