The Role:
The Trainer position is integral to building the customer service onboarding and ongoing development, through end-to-end facilitation of operational training requirements for customer service, regulatory requirements, and company-wide changes.
The role supports leaders in identifying training gaps, designing solutions to uplift performance across consultant and front-line leaders.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate training programs that meet with current and future requirements for organisational business units,
Consult with key stakeholders, including business leaders to identify and prioritize capability needs.
Understand the impact of training delivery by maintaining relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Design, develop, deliver and evaluate non-technical L&D solutions to support business objectives, values, vision and specific team requirements - in line with cultural integration.
Research, recommend and coordinate the implementation of, modern, best practice training capability development methods, techniques and strategies.
Support Managers on coaching strategies to embed new training
Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by offering ideas and creative solutions to improve policies, processes and learning tools. Participate in and/or deliver train-the-trainer sessions for new content and ensure materials are fit for purpose.
Develop relationships with other training professionals, both internal and external, to share knowledge on best practice material design, delivery and evaluation.
Engage learners, understand their challenges and provide necessary support.


Experience:

Certificate IV Workplace training (TAE) is preferred.
High level facilitation experience (on the job and/or classroom).
Understanding of training/learning processes, theories and methodologies including adult learning principles and styles.
Demonstrated ability in the application of learning design principles.
Highly developed interpersonal, written and organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple training programs for different audiences.
Skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel &PowerPoint.
Demonstrated capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, team participation and the ability to accept, promote and manage

Your duties will include:



Undertaking the design, implementation and validation of relevant mechanical and electronic hardware systems.
Understanding mechanical and electronic integration principles for prototype systems.
Undertaking laboratory testing and field trials of developed systems in various environments.
Performing some non-routine analyses or technology development activities using a range of techniques, often working on a number of parallel tasks.
Working with discretion to decide on the timing of operations within the work team’s plan and plan ahead to meet experimental and/or project demands.
At the higher capability level (CSOF4), you will also be required to undertake a wider variety of tasks with a high degree of specialisation, participate in planning projects and accept responsibility for scheduling & completion of major parts of the projects, and make significant contributions to the interpretation & communication of research or technological results.

To be considered you will need:

This is a full time position.

Your work will be varied and challenging, and the successful applicant will be required to work under pressure and meet strict maintenance deadlines. As we are a meat processing facility, your role will require you to come into contact with animal waste and by-products, so this role is not for the squeamish. An advanced knowledge and all round ability to carry out a variety of fitter, turner & machinist work will be required.

 

Main duties include:

Set up and adjust machines and equipment.

Fit and assemble parts, tools.

Dismantle faulty tools and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts.

Set up and/or operate hand and machine tools.

In this role you will be responsible for general mechanical maintenance that includes mechanical repair on a day to day basis as well as ensuring downtime is minimized. In addition, you will develop and implement systems that will maximise the efficiency of and minimise cost of utilities. You will also recommend and develop initiatives that will enhance productivity, efficiency and profitability of the plant.

 

Experience and Qualifications Required:

To apply for this role, you will need to be a licensed Fitter and Turner with experience in a maintenance role preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Tasks include: o Answering technical questions either on the phone, e-mail, and on-site o Establishing and apply procedures to restore the operation of deployed ADB products o Using advanced troubleshooting methodologies and techniques, determining the nature of customer issues (root cause) resulting from the interaction of ADB products with other system components within complex RF and IP networks o Perform maintenance of Headend, Datacenter and Customer Premise Equipment products o Act as customer point of contact when an internally coordinated effort is required to resolve customer issues o Advocating internally within ADB engineering for changes to improve customer experience when best practices can be identified while working with ADB customers and other ADB engineers • Setup, conduct and record lab tests for RF and IP products within the ADB product portfolio • Independently diagnose and resolve product issues, as well as work with ADB engineering development teams, customers, and other field engineers to create optimal solutions • Using advanced troubleshooting methodologies and techniques to conduct log file analysis, database research, and use other mechanisms to diagnose and resolve issues • Effectively communicate technical issues to internal and external partners, must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing including writing professional procedural documentation and technical descriptions as necessary • Occasionally deliver presentations to internal and external audiences on issue resolution, risk analysis, technical proposals, etc. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineering Operations Manager REQUIREMENTS: • Must possess a valid Driver’s license • Must possess a valid Passport • Travel: 5 years) in the Cable IT field. Including some knowledge of shell scripting. • Experience with virtual machine and High Availability (HA) environments. • Competent knowledge of SQL.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager at the V&V Walsh facility, we are seeking an experienced Production Engineer who will manage projects to ensure quality, timeliness of construction and on-budget implementation, liaising with all relevant stakeholders and communicating the progress of the project, milestones achieved, and maintaining momentum of the project.

Responsibilities:

· Managing project progress and keep leadership informed of progress.

· Ensuring projects meet deadlines.

· Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

· Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review.

· Designing risk mitigation plan and Develop risk log.

· Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary, establishing work measurement programs and analysing work processes.

· Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects, and ensure the right solution and path are proposed, with enough evidence to gain leadership support.

· Provide expert knowledge to initially define the project and who needs to be involved in planning and evaluation.

· Define scope of work and deliverables.

· Gather business requirements.

· Develop and set project plan, monitoring if the project is proceeding according to plan.

· Establish shared document repository.

· Draft, finalize and deliver Project Charter.

· Facilitate team accountability meetings.

· Deliver regular status reports.

· Provide closeout documentation, including lessons learned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (Electrical Diploma/Trade Certificate)

· 2-3 years experience in multi-disciplinary projects

· PMI/PMP Certification preferred

· Experience developing and managing project schedules, preferably using Microsoft Project

· Solid experience in business process mapping

· Experience in change management and project management methodologies

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and mastery of Microsoft Project

· Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at the same time and manage competing priorities.

· Ability to drive results through a multi-disciplinary team with matrixed reporting relationships

· Ability to lead and facilitate stakeholders and internal workshops and session

Core Packet Engineer, you will help to realize high-end technology solutions for our clients. Manage the implementation of product configuration, design, user interface, technology integration. Moreover, in this hands-on role you will engage in building and maintaining client relationships and provide thought leadership.
  
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work; Execute product configuration;
- Execute integration and migration work;
- Prepare system test, module test and acceptance tests; Work to identify and drive improvements;
- Execute tests; scripting & coding;
- Participate in post-project activities;
- Design and implement Telco technologies including Smart Networks, Mobile Networks (3G, 4G, LTE, 5G), Mobile Technologies, Network Virtualisation, Evolved Packet Core, Telco Cloud, Internet of Things (m2m).
- Translate customer (internal, external or regulatory) needs and requirements, using technical principles into realisable products, services, or systems and/or networks infrastructure in a timely, quality and cost effective way to ensure operational success.
- Compliance with laws, regulations, standards and procedures pertinent to the telecommunications industry
- Liaise with ICT professionals namely, telecommunications engineers in the process of developing telecommunications systems and determining appropriate network configurations and specifications
