An opportunity exists for experienced Mudloggers and Data Engineers to join our Sperry Drilling team. The industry is fast paced and dynamic and requires applicants that are willing to work as and when required in response to customer operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
Activities related to mud-logging, data collection and reporting and gas system operations.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Prior experience in Mudlogging and Data Engineering essential
Prior INSITE Software skills and Offshore experience is essential
Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
