Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a Service Administrator to join their team in Maddington. About the opportunityAs a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's service department. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your day-to-day will see you coordinating the activities of their technicians to maintain efficient service delivery to off-site locations across the state. In this role, you will: Schedule and delegate service and inspection tasks to technicians Maintain clear and effective communication with technicians to address any issues or concerns Oversee and process paperwork, including site access forms, inductions, and invoicing Collaborate with technical teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to client specifications About youWe are seeking a candidate who is proactive, organised, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable working closely with technical teams and possess excellent communication skills.
