Analyzes network activity and network problems to discover and prevent systematic errors. Recommends network design changes/enhancements for improved systems availability and performance.
Audit Certification: Point of contact to review security, segregation of duty, backup retention and other audit requirements. Document and resolve any findings.
Change Management: Follow corporate IT ITSM processes to support end users and system changes.

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience working autonomously as the single point of contact for IT issues
Experience supporting Windows Server, VMWare, HyperV and Veeam backup.
Experience supporting a hybrid remote work-from-home and in office workforce.
Experience supporting Office 365 and identity management components.
Additional Certifications such as MCP, A++, CompTIA A+ preferred.
Excellent technical knowledge of laptop computers and Service Desk hardware, including but not limited to Windows 10 laptops and experience with Active Directory.
Strong ability to quickly learn new information system technology.

Your duties will include:



Undertaking the design, implementation and validation of relevant mechanical and electronic hardware systems.
