Our client is seeking expressions of interest for a passionate Associate Transport Engineer (minimum 7+ years’ experience) to join their busy and growing Sydney Transport team.
We help projects come to life, grow cities and build communities. We know that the most important aspect in achieving this is our people.
The work will be diverse, including impact assessments, investigations, traffic modelling and transport design work. Projects could include residential, industrial and commercial developments, subdivisions, strategic transport studies, traffic management and road and car park design.
They are looking for someone who:
Holds a degree in Civil Engineering
Enjoys client interaction and Business Development
Has good verbal and written communication skills.
Is enthusiastic and willing to enhance their skills
Business Development:
Being able to demonstrate a planned and deliberate approach to BD.
Expanding and growing their own client base, and being less reliant on referred work from
others within the organisation (guide – 50% self-reliance as a minimum). This will be a ‘key
criteria’.
Contributing to the growth and development of the company brand through social media,
newsletters, presentations etc.
Actively seeking to manage and grow their professional networks.
Develop their professional reputation and professionalism through industry and client networks with involvement in external organisations will be highly regarded.
Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in Local/State Government or private consulting in New South Wales.
