Your Responsibilities Include: Setting the strategic and the tactical asset management direction for buildings and facilities Developing levels of service and performance monitoring and reporting framework for the company’s buildings and facilities assets. Delivering on the condition assessment strategy for the company’s buildings and facilities assets. Undertaking asset risk assessments for the company’s buildings and facilities assets. Developing detailed project plans as well as realistic and accurate project schedules and budgets for planning purposes What You Bring: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer Knowledge of whole of life management of assets and optimisation of asset performance. Established experience in coordinating development reviews Extensive experience in buildings and facilities asset management, asset operations and maintenance Experience in negotiations and liaison with a diverse client base. Experience in the development, review, implementation and application of Asset Management / Strategic Infrastructure Plans. Benefits: Competitive salaries with annual increments.
