In a Senior Contract Administrator role you will have knowledge in:

• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to ensure the supply chain is aligned with the rights and obligations of the head contract.
• Lead contract negotiations with client and various subcontractors.
• Measure the project works and submit monthly claims and disputes.
• Undertake quantity measurements, cost planning and quantity surveying as required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sound commercial outcomes.
• Ability to identify and implement value engineering initiatives and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports and plans.
• Strong commercial forecasting (including anticipated final account and cash flow).
• Agree Bill of Quantities rates and final accounts.
• Complete site surveillance reports and diaries and review contractor’s progress reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders i.e schedulers/planners, finance, risk.
• Help/Assist in reviewing monthly contractor payment claim submission for major contracts.

• This opening is for an Admin Officer to join our Freight Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s Southside immediately

• This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:00.  

• Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

• Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required

• Complete various admin tasks such as Audits, TES Claims, RPS and LH Reports

• Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary

• Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

Body Smart Health is seeking a highly motivated Client Experience Administrator to join our growing team. Client experience is the most important goal at Body Smart and your role will see you responsible for ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional experience; from the first point of contact, right through until they have met their treatment goals and no longer need our service. 

This may be through providing friendly, accurate and timely information about our services, guiding our clients through navigating various funding models or being a friendly voice at the end of a phone scheduling in services. You will work closely with our practitioners, other Customer Experience Specialists whilst being supported by our Head of Customer Experience & Revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries promptly and comprehensively (both via phone, email, sms and in person) in a fast paced environment.
• Onboarding and educating new customers, including onboarding NDIS plans & service agreements, upselling services and educating customers
• Managing customer appointments (booking and modifying).
• Communicating with customers to ensure they can attend their services
• Optimising and managing external communication in a timely and efficient manner including EPC Referrals, DVA, WorkCover referrals, Reports & Doctors letters, NDIS plans and Service Agreements and reports etc.

About you

• Exceptional Customer service skills and Administrative experience (essential)
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening ID (Yellow Card) and Police Check (essential)
• Experience in medical reception, NDIS and other funding models (highly desirable)
• Experience in using client management systems, email and Microsoft suite (highly desirable)
