We take the time to understand a client’s business goals and challenges and work collaboratively with the client to deliver effective short and long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact when members contact LegalVision with questions regarding their membership, including how to use our client portal, from password reminders to how to engage the legal team, to billing queries and more. 
• Respond to hold and cancellation requests, and escalate as required.
• Proactively contact members who are not making use of their membership on a regular basis and encourage them to schedule a planning session with our legal team.
• Contribute content to our Knowledge Base to support our members to better self-help. 
• Identify trends in support requests, and share insights and feedback to the Head of Client Success to improve the overall member experience.
• Maintain our CRM to ensure all interactions with members are recorded, to enable accurate reporting and analysis.

• Experienced in customer service/account management: You have six to 12 months of experience working in a customer service or account management role, and are excited to pursue a career in this area.

• Retaining clients beyond their initial contract period: You will help our members understand that continuing to invest in quality legal support is one of the best decisions they can make for their businesses. This involves leading renewal discussions at the end of a member’s contract with the goal of retaining the member, as well as responding to in-contract cancellation requests from time to time in a productive and educational manner.
• Reviewing membership tiers as required: You will ensure our members are on the most appropriate pricing structure to meet their usage, business size, plans and risks. 
• Selling additional products: The support LegalVision can provide isn’t limited to the core membership inclusions. We have a number of valuable add ons that offer additional protection to our members’ businesses. You will drive the uptake of these products among existing members.

You do not need experience in commercial law or to have worked in the legal profession to be considered for this role, though any experience you do have will be useful. Functional Analyst is responsible for engaging with various stakeholders to design and govern our eCommerce and Customer Experience solutions. You will play a vital role in our eCommerce transformation into a headless Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solution.

About the Role

​In your role as a Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, evaluating and managing LegalVision’s partnership strategy across Australia and New Zealand. 

Your responsibilities will be focused on implementing our channel partnerships strategy. You will:

• lead the partnership strategy and be the key relationship owner for our strategic partners
