At Entain Australia and New Zealand; as our Legal & Compliance team expands, we're actively seeking a Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our Legal & Compliance division, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our legal and compliance initiatives. Collaborating closely with our legal team, you'll be immersed in a diverse array of intriguing legal and compliance matters within the dynamic and fast-paced world of wagering.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking those with previous experience and interests in advertising or marketing reviews to ensure that our business adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, possesses a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and exudes a positive "can do" attitude.

Your day-to-day.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and affiliate teams to ensure all advertising aligns with compliance standards.
- Review advertising/marketing content across various platforms, providing feedback to ensure compliance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant gambling regulations before publication.
- Conduct regular reviews of external websites and platforms to verify the publication of advertising/marketing material in line with instructions and requirements.
- Work with the legal team to assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of policies and procedures, ensuring best practices in advertising compliance.
- Respond to regulator requests and assist in addressing customer complaints. Support compliance requirements for Trade Promotion competitions, including the review of terms and conditions.
You're a match if you have…
- Proven experience in a similar compliance role within a highly regulated environment, especially related to advertising or marketing reviews in a retail setting.
- Preferred qualifications in Legal Studies, Compliance, Business, or related fields.
- Sound knowledge of Australian Consumer Law.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and manage multiple project tasks and demands.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative approach.
