Functional Analyst is responsible for engaging with various stakeholders to design and govern our eCommerce and Customer Experience solutions. You will play a vital role in our eCommerce transformation into a headless Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solution.
This role reports to the Group Solutions Manager - Commerce and Customer Experience and takes responsibility to develop the roadmap and enhance the Endeavour eCommerce and CX systems.

- Work closely with the project team to build our new Commerce and Customer Experience solutions and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
- Provide application continuous improvement and deliver upgrades and projects to maintain the Salesforce Commerce Cloud product.
- Proactively engage with stakeholder groups to understand business needs.
- Analyse and translate business needs into solutions and initiatives by managing components of initiatives/projects.
- Develop, review, and govern functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of system enhancements/developments.
- Participate in system testing, training, user acceptance, and validation testing of solutions and production changes and upgrades to applications and systems.
- Work with external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet business needs.
- Maintain compliance with audit, application security, application role design, and segregation of duties findings.
- Assist with governance and release of system changes to production.
