The Project Manager - Supply Chain will ensure the successful implementation of one of our strategic Customer delivery projects. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Endeavour Delivery, Tech, Finance and Customer Service, to ensure continuous improvement in our processes and promote best practices across Endeavour.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- You will lead the design, development and implementation of business transformation solutions with the main project being the implementation of an end to end customer fulfilment Proof of Concept in NSW with the possibility to scale
- You will Implement suitable project governance to enable transparent and efficient project delivery (within scope, time and budget)
- You will successfully integrate people & technology based on best practice order fulfilment processes while adhering to relevant safety standards
- You have excellent communication skills to lead the change management plan and create effective project communication plans
- You will demonstrate your strong problem solving skills supporting our teams to remove roadblock and manage multiple in-flight initiatives at various stages of the project lifecycle
- You will work closely with the project leaders of other streams to ensure interdependencies are understood and any challenges addressed
- You like to roll up your sleeves and get thing done
- You will lead continuous improvement in conjunction with peers and the wider Supply Chain team
