About the role:

We are looking for a Data Centre Manager who will be responsible for exceptional customer service and engagement to one of our key clients. The incumbent will ensure the site is operational, maintained and secured in line with best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

•      Monitoring of the Data Centre environment via DCIM Tools, including rack level temperature & power, chillers, generators, switches, pumps and Data Centre power.

•      Respond to Data Centre incidents 24 x 7.

•      Management of assets within the Data Centre by maintaining an accurate list of Data Centre racks and hardware via DCIM Tools.

•      Utilise DCIM Tools for capacity planning including physical space, power and network ports available in racks.

•      Data Centre patch management including providing support to the customer.

•      Data Centre security management including providing site access to people on the approved access list and escorting personnel during incidents and emergencies.

•      Providing Data Centre infrastructure maintenance by working with the customer to confirm that maintenance contractors have performed scheduled maintenance.

•      Contribute to Data Centre change management system inputs and action requests resulting from the change management system.

•      Provide clear communication to management and tower delivery teams on incidents within the Data Centre.

•      Perform approved Data Centre hardware installation, moves, adds and changes (IMAC).

•      Co-ordinate 3rd party suppliers to meet project deliverables in a timely manner.

•      Create and assist with the creation of service delivery and operational processes, procedures, and reports.

•      Deliver services to adhere to ITIL and define ITIL best practices that can be incorporated into the operational running of the Data Centres.

•      Provide support to the customer to assist with maintaining TIA-942 standards for the Data Centre.

•      Keep current on best practice for Data Centre facility management.

•      Meet CDCs service level agreements and assist the delivery team in meeting service level objectives.

•      Act as the central point of coordination for all Data Centre related incidents.

•      Follow correct site-specific delivery procedures and record management procedures to ensure information is accurate and handled correctly at all times.

•      Comply with CDC’s Policies and Procedures (including appropriate use of internet, probity, and employment conditions).

•      Other duties as directed from time to time.

About you: 

•      Experience providing services to Defence as part of Defence or Defence Industry.

•      Ability to rack server hardware.

•      Good knowledge of ICT hardware to assist with incident management.

•      An understanding of networking and communications over copper and fibre.

•      Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role: 

As the Communications Specialist, you play a pivotal role in implementing diverse communication and engagement programs for CDC across multiple platforms. What you’ll bring

You will have exceptional knowledge of packaging tools, InstallShield, PACE etc. You will possess exceptional knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and MacOS operating systems. You will have knowledgeable skills in endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Jamf.

You will bring exceptional troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritisation skills; and will be comfortable and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will be comfortable with rapid change and be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences when required.

The Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is high by providing quality services delivered to customers in accordance with contracts. Dynatrace Autonomous Cloud Enablement (ACE) Services ensures successful adoption of Dynatrace technologies throughout the software application lifecycle to provide real-time analytics which helps our customers proactively avoid performance issues and to rapidly diagnose and resolve problems should they occur.

The Professional Services Consultant is a vital member of the team, responsible for the delivery of Dynatrace professional services. The role focuses on customer success and technology adoption, working with customers and helping them maximize the value that Dynatrace delivers, enabling delivery of high-performing applications with a first-rate customer experience. Customer environments will vary widely. Significant performance problems may take down customer applications, creating a high-stress, time-critical working environment. Other situations may need a more measured approach with rigorous change control and approval processes. Regardless, engagements often take place in cross-organizational, highly political, and visible atmospheres so excellent communication and customer management skills, and the ability to constantly make progress and add value while keeping all parties updated on progress, are essential skills.

You will have a high-tech background with an application focus and will be intuitive problem-solvers comfortable in complex environments, seeking a wide variety of challenges to help them grow. A strong understanding of appropriate technologies (described briefly below) is required as this role calls for more than simple product installation and configuration. You will be required to develop skills in using Dynatrace technology to help isolate and analyze application performance problems. About the Role (your why)

As Senior Cybersecurity Analyst/ Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage and oversee the vulnerability management program for government customers. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, prioritising, and reporting on the security vulnerabilities of the customer’s systems and applications. You will interact with multiple technical delivery teams and customer application and system owners to ensure timely and effective remediation of the vulnerabilities. You’ll also have the opportunity to define, implement policies and review standard operating procedures for the vulnerability management program and mentor junior analysts. 

You’ll be Canberra based and happy to be onsite with our customer approx. 2 days per week. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

Due to customer requirements, you will need to be an Australian Citizen with an NV1 Government Security Clearance (or with a current Baseline and the ability to achieve an NV1).

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Senior Cybersecutiry Analyst/ Technical Account Manager you will be focused on:

• Performing vulnerability scans and assessments using tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid 7
• Analysing and validating the scan results and generating reports and dashboards for the customer and stakeholders
• Prioritising and tracking the vulnerabilities based on the risk and impact to the customer's environment
• Coordinating and communicating with the technical delivery teams and customer application and system owners to facilitate the remediation of the vulnerabilities 
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the vulnerability management program and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Defining and documenting policies and standard operating procedures for the vulnerability management program. 
• Providing guidance and leadership to junior analysts and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have previous experience:

• Working for a government customer or in a highly regulated industry 
• Leading or managing a team of cyber security analysts 
• Defining and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for cyber security programs. 

Along with the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience in vulnerability management
• A security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent 
• Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and threats, such as the OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etc
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 
• Proficient use of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid 7 
• Be familiar with vulnerability management frameworks and best practices such as NIST, OWASP, CVSS, etc
• The ability to work independently, and as part of a team; and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Your New Role

You'll form part of a highly skilled team of Database Administrators providing support and maintenance for a large enterprise environment spanning multiple locations within Australia and overseas.

The successful candidate will use their skills to enhance the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of Postgresql Databases

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Install, create, configure, and monitor databases to ensure optimal performance
• Evaluate, recommend, manage and execute upgrades and enhancements as required
• Provide support to application teams for incidents relating to Postgresql Databases
• Implement monitoring and health reports that reduce and eliminate issues effecting end users
• Be process driven and take ownership of issues through to resolution
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical system documentation
• Work within an ITIL framework for all work related activities (Change, Incident, & Problem management)
• Ensure adherence to processes, procedures and security requirements
• Participate in the team on call roster and be part of a team roster covering 7am – 7pm weekdays
