Site Supervisor is required for a National Top Tier company on several multi-million dollar projects.

This company is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to lead a team in the delivery of multiple multi-million dollar projects. Your new role
This new and exciting role will see you working on large scale projects alongside a well-respected Project Management team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site including OH&S requirements and subcontractors. Alongside this you will be a key player in ensuring the delivery of high quality projects, on time and within budget to a high quality and safe standard. Your main duties will consist of:
Coordinating day-to-day activities on site;
Developing and reviewing programme to ensure daily activities align with project plans;
Supervising and leading internal trades,
Induction of all trades and running of toolbox talks;
Efficient and effective communication of technical project spec to all stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are key attributes to see your success however you will also require:
Exposure to projects over $10 million
Ideally you will be trade certificate qualified, with 3 years minimum Site Supervisor experience
Ability to manage multiple trade activities with hands-on experience managing all areas of on-site construction across all trades
Proven track record of driving jobs from start to finish
Experience with a variety of commercial projects
