This highly experienced civil construction company specialise in technical infrastructure projects that sit outside the comfort zone of typical contractors. The company has a strong culture with retention and progression of staff a top priority.
Your new role
As the Project Manager you will manage the project to completion; working closely with your Foreperson and liaising with your clients and engineer's to ensure your jobs meet their HSEQ specs, budget and timelines.
You'll be responsible for the day to day management of the projects along with:
Overseeing materials, labour and plant requirements;
Tracking costs, schedules and designs, submitting claims and variations;
Assisting with tendering new work; and
Team development and culture whilst ensuring the projects are delivered successfully.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a dedicated individual with subdivision experience along with:
Understand earthworks, services and roads;
Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent trades background;
Experience on road works, but also other civil works including subdivision, sewer, water and utilities;
You will have strong leadership skills, high level of organisation and understand design; and
Be able to work and communicate as part of a team.
