Multi-residential Canberra company, with strong project pipeline of $50m+, seeking experienced Site Manager Your new company Hays is working with a local Canberra builder, They've been established for over 10 years and have built an excellent reputation for delivering quality multi-residential projects. The Directors are all well-bred and well-experienced within the commercial and residential construction sector. Their combined knowledge, expertise and industry connections have seen the company go from strength to strength in recent years and continuing this upward trend. With a strong pipeline of upcoming medium & large residential developments ranging from $50m+ they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team. Your new role Your new and exciting role will see you working within an experienced project team on projects north of $50m. Your daily duties will include, however not limited to;
Supervise & Coordinate contractors on site;
Manage & deliver program on time
Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld;
Undertake trade work as necessary;
Organise the procurement and delivery of materials; and
Communicate with all relevant stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed To see you be successful in this role you will have a positive attitude & true passion for delivering quality construction projects along with;
Be a high performing tradesperson with leadership capability;
Ability to problem-solve, interpret detailed drawings and buildability;
Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
Experience delivering top quality multi-residential projects
