What You'll Do

We currently have a 12-month maximum term parental leave cover opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant/Operations Support to provide a high level of support to the CEO at NRMA Energy.

The successful candidate will be involved in the successful delivery of all financial aspects of the Octopus Australia Group. This role will report into the Financial Controller. 

Core responsibilities will include:

• Involvement in regular management and KPI variance reporting
• Involvement in quarterly and annual financial reporting (with the support of advisors)
• Cashflow forecasting and calculating funding requirements.
• Forecasting and budgeting at both asset and company level
• Management of external bookkeepers and advisors, to ensure statutory filings are met (including audited financials, tax returns, activity statements, FBT)
• Managing bank accounts and payments processes
• Financial compliance (AFSL)

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our fast-paced, high performing and energetic Sales team! We are looking for someone to work alongside our talented Sales Executives, to lead our campaign coordination across our Nine TV and online assets.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Run campaign optimisation reviews for clients
• Manage the reporting, campaign updates & tracking for clients
• Identify new opportunities for upselling and building new business
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
