Newly created Finance Manager role within a global renewable energy group Your new company Hays is excited to be partnering with an international renewable energy group, specialising in developing, building and operating renewable power generation plants for onshore & offshore wind and solar. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the finance function. Monitor the cash-flow and fundings of the company Set-up processes to streamline financial operations and allow scalability to support the growth of the activity and the establishment of SVP(s) Supervise statutory audit to ensure it is completed in a timely manner Oversee the reporting and funding of the companies SVP(s) Contribute to the overall budgeting and reforecasting exercises of the office and for the projects in developement of the company Participate in the improvement and automatisation of the budgeting process Ad-hoc support the investment and business teams when necessary What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a corporate finance/financial planning & analysis environment, ideally in the energy or project-based industry.
