EACH is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation, and we are seeking two exceptional individuals to join our Board of Directors (non-executive).
As a Board member, you will provide a pivotal role in governing the organisation and making strategic decisions to guide our company's vision and ensure sustainable growth.
Your strategy thinking, expertise, and leadership will influence critical decisions, empowering our organisation to reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of EACH and ultimately responsible for all activities
- Collaborate with fellow board members to set and execute strategic objectives
- Provide valuable knowledge and insights to drive informed decision-making
- Uphold the highest standards of governance and ethics, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations
- Keep abreast of and contribute to the overall ongoing financial viability of the organisation
- Act as a steward for stakeholders' interests, fostering transparency and trust
- Commit the time required to fully exercise the duties required of the position (approximately 10 hours per month)
- Attend a minimum of 80% of all Board and Committee meetings (in person -Melbourne) and attend the annual Board Retreat
- Participate in at least one formal Board sub-Committee (bi-monthly or quarterly, online)
