Join our Xplor Gym Team as a Senior Account Executive in Australia to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.
Reporting into the General Manager for Xplor Gym, you'll help us launch our new Xplor Gym product into new territories, playing a pivotal role in establishing our presence and fostering meaningful connections within the fitness space.
Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Identify, attract and convert business opportunities. Support new business by completing sales demos (remote & in person), contributing to marketing strategies and generating sales proposals.
- Researching and finding prospects, using online platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn), marketing lists and in person events. This will include cold calling & emailing to grow and maintain a prospective pipeline.
- Achieve agreed revenue targets for each quarter, based on volume, revenue and margin. Provide recommendations for initiatives which help maximise financial/sales performance.
- Design a sales execution plan in alliance with Senior Leadership team and work with Sales Team to deliver this.
- Develop customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the Onboarding and Go Live phases to ensure a source of referrals and testimonials.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team detailing number of leads, demos, closed won and opportunities.
