Mandatory Skills: Must have hands on experience in Microsoft Finance functional modules like General ledger, Fixed assets, Accounts payable, Indirect sourcing and etc. Able to troubleshoot the tickets request raised by the users. Able to fix the problem / provide a solution and support the month end closure by the business. He/She will coordinate with the offshore team and provide the update. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skill. Duties and Responsibilities: Be a single point contact for customer for providing support. Resolve tickets raised in the system related to Microsoft F&O product. Provide month end support. Work with offshore team and provide required information to them to resolve tickets raised. Provide status on the project to the client leadership and Cognizant leadership team. Capture requirements and build functional design documents, Configure the system, provide training to the business users.
