Functional Analyst is responsible for engaging with various stakeholders to design and govern our eCommerce and Customer Experience solutions. You will play a vital role in our eCommerce transformation into a headless Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solution.

This role reports to the Group Solutions Manager - Commerce and Customer Experience and takes responsibility to develop the roadmap and enhance the Endeavour eCommerce and CX systems.

About you:

Ideally you are a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA/BCBA), however if you have completed or a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, are studying towards your CBA qualifications or hold a current CBAU/BCaBA qualification we would welcome your application.

You will be someone who has experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism and have an understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions (including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice).

The role

Responsibilities

• Work with P&S Logistics management team, offshore and onshore staff, to analyse and identify system, business process and procedure
gaps and work practices
• Implement software systems to optimizing existing business practices to reducing inefficiencies.

About the Role (your why)

As Senior Cybersecurity Analyst/ Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage and oversee the vulnerability management program for government customers. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, prioritising, and reporting on the security vulnerabilities of the customer’s systems and applications. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Security, the Security Analyst provides technology leadership and hands-on management of key security related IT operations and infrastructure items for the internal corporate systems.  The Information Security Analyst will ensure compliance of overall security program and policies.  Additionally, provides a cyber secure environment and security posture that fosters a high-trust relationship between Dynatrace, its employees, partners, and customers.

• Examine and respond to reported security incidents and phishing attempts, determining the root cause, and escalating as needed.

Purpose of your role

The Business Analyst position is a key role that is responsible for applying analytical solutions to problems and existing processes with the aim to increase effectiveness through technology solutions.  This role plays an integral part in bridging the gap between Technology, Product and the Business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements that will allow Technology delivery teams to effectively meet business needs.  An ability to produce documentation (in a timely manner) that supports either product or project teams to achieve outcomes, using different delivery methodologies is an important part of the role, so a blend of experience is important particularly in terms of agile delivery.

The role will support dependency management and help to remove impediments that are preventing the team from accomplishing its goals.
