The position:
* Location: AEIOU Gold Coast
* Full time / permanent position
This is an exciting opportunity to support children with autism aged 2 - 6 years. Working within a therapy team, you will be contributing to individual plans to support children to maximise their cognitive and social capabilities, and to reduce or eliminate maladaptive behaviour. The Behaviour Analyst provides training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise including how to conduct assessments and deliver behavioural interventions. You will ensure the clinical program is implemented effectively, and children are best supported to meet their therapy and education goals.
About you:
Ideally you are a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA/BCBA), however if you have completed or a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, are studying towards your CBA qualifications or hold a current CBAU/BCaBA qualification we would welcome your application.
You will be someone who has experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism and have an understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions (including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice).
You will need to hold (or be able to obtain) a current Blue Card/Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and have your COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (double-dose) or have an exemption.

* Competitive above award wages - base salary range from $76K to $104K plus super (salary is negotiated based on qualifications and experience)
* Salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 per year which increases your take home pay
