We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Connect division. The Symbio Connect division works with the world’s leading software platforms and communication providers, with customers including Google, Microsoft and Cisco.
Reporting to the Chapter Manager – Calls & Messenging, this role provides process and product support to the Connect Product management team. This role will analyse and elicit business requirements, develop and document processes, engage with stakeholders and produce documentation which supports the development and ongoing lifecycle of Symbio products.
What you'll do as Business Analyst:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, workflows
- Collect and document business requirements, functional specifications and user stories
- Stakeholder management
- Facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships to ensure successful project delivery
- Requirement elicitation
- Produce wireframes, customer/user journeys, dependency and constraints matrixes
- Data analysis
