The transformation you will experience:

The Performance Manager is accountable for managing the digital performance business (search, programmatic, and social) within our individual HX Planning and Activation teams and driving best in class implementation. As a valued member of the team, the Performance Manager is accountable for driving and enhancing our agency culture of Never Standing Still.

Your day to day will look like:

•       Manage the digital performance business within the individual Starcom client team

•       Provide client leadership on digital performance strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Working with multiple stakeholders within agencies and market to ensure successful campaign delivery and client outcomes in APEX self-serve and monitored IO digital campaigns.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

•        Min 3 years' experience in programmatic media trading

You'll be responsible for: 

• Supporting your manager and team to deliver across account deliverables including reporting, optimisation tactics, quality-checks and implementing best practice approaches to performance media
• Owning the build of offline media campaigns and creative changes ensuring a high level of detail is observed and are aligned to the client brief

• 3-4 years’ experience in media planning and buying role across offline channels (OOH, radio)

Role Purpose:

The Senior Customer Success Manager role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for driving performance and sales support for our retailer partnerships in APJ. This role is centred on supporting our retailer teams throughout the pre and post onboarding process. This includes managing the day-to-day support for our retailer partners, and providing efficiency in the development and operational management. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day client communication, a strategic mindset to help develop media recommendations and help to deliver the retailer's goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide world-class service to our retail partners, manage the day-to-day communication and collaboration with external brands/suppliers and internal cross-functional team members
• Present the platform through succinct and efficient demo’s as and when required
• Responsible for the commercial strategy to ensure success for both parties.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reviews for individual clients to report on key performance metrics and recommendations for future strategies to enhance ROI
• Support the build of all material creation campaign completion, bespoke presentations, marketing material.

• Immigration - This role utilizes its process orientation to oversee the immigration process by streamlining tasks, document control and organization. It provides best practice advice and compliance to agencies.

   

Key Outputs

• Oversee the P&C Hub to ensure consistent feedback to employee queries e.g. pay, policy, leave, system access etc. and application of process

• Craft process checklists and documents such as Parental leave, Probation period, Salary increases, Promotions etc.

• Oversee P&C Hub to deliver administrative process for new starters, transfers and leavers

• Lead, coach and inspire the P&C Hub team members providing advice, assist and feedback for them to grow and develop as part of the P&C team

• Lead end to end management of grievances, complaints, performance issues, claims and investigations

• Drive specific culture/DE&I initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture assisting retention and employee engagement

• Prepare employee engagement survey results, providing insight and assessment into ways we could do things better and trends we’re recognizing.

• Prepare quarterly salary increase cycles including stakeholder management, budget management, benchmarking and recommendations

• Oversee the immigration process across all agencies, ensuring a streamlined, compliant and optimal approach

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years experience in a People & Culture role (ideally multi-site, matrix organisation)

• Experience creating and implementing clear process flows and adopting a streamlined approach to tasks

• Experience across the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, manager development, remuneration and benefits, employee relations and off-boarding

• Intermediate working knowledge of employment law, including the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in workplace situations

• Strong working knowledge of visas and immigration

• Experience working with a HRIS or other software where you need to ensure accurate input of data

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretion

The transformation you will experience:

The Finance Manager is accountable for various specific deliverables of day to day, month end, financial reporting and budget tasks that will need to be performed including: Accounting Compliance, Financial Reporting, Client Finance & Contract Compliance, and Business Optimisation.

Your duties will include:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

As the Digital Activation Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard on digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting and campaign performance.

• You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities
• Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through paid search excellence Meet or surpass client performance targets
• Oversee the execution and optimisation of paid search programs and campaigns
• Support the Search Director in managing client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions

IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experienced managing large client budgets and sophisticated paid search and social campaigns
• Knowledge of programmatic campaigns will be advantageous

Perform media buying activities across all mediums and provide accurate reporting and investment services to both Investment and Business Management teams.

Your scope will include:

• Ensure that campaign spend does not exceed planned costs

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The Digital Activation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, of digital media campaigns, across one of Australia’s most well-known brands. You will have the ability to grow your career quickly with this innovative and powerhouse brand – working on campaigns that delve into all facets of the digital landscape. This role will help deliver all business reviews, as well as heavily assisting the Digital Activation Director with quarterly business reviews, product development, and assistance with new business. This role must ensure the performance of all client accounts within their team and that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them. The Digital Activation Manager will be responsible for the response and overall quality of the Direct IO & Programmatic response to brief, define campaign KPI’s and measurement of the campaign alongside the delivery of the post campaign report.

The Digital Activation Manager is also responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and overall management of their team to ensure client needs are met.

If you have strong Direct experience with some working knowledge across Programmatic and/or Social, this role will give you a fantastic opportunity to upskill and gain broader digital expertise.  

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

• Full ownership of client relationship, service, and performance across a tier 1 client - engaging line manager when required in a timely fashion. This includes:
• Leading response to client briefs and building digital media recommendations that achieve strong client outcomes
• Ensuring the team is executing a smooth implementation and delivery of all digital campaigns
• Timely and accurate delivery of ad trafficking

As a Technology Strategy Manager or Senior Manager within our Strategy & Consulting practice, you will provide the technical expertise and vision to lead or contribute to multidisciplinary teams working with our clients across industry to help shape and deliver business transformation agendas.
