We're looking for an experienced, organised, and driven Senior Account Manager to join our award-winning team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic agency working with great people, who honestly love what they do.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading major projects and campaigns for our high-profile clients. Day to day the role is varied ranging from taking client briefs, collaborating with the strategy and creative teams on brief development, presenting work, managing the production stages of projects and fostering the younger talent in the team.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Being a key contact for your clients and knowing their business (and competitors) inside out
  • Taking and interpreting client briefs
  • Working with strategy to produce strategic recommendations and writing creative briefs
  • Briefing in creative teams, reviewing work, and providing constructive feedback back to the teams
  • Leading and or attending client meetings
  • Presenting work to clients in collaboration with the wider team
  • Thinking proactively and strategically, anticipating your clients’ needs before they do
  • Managing the full production process of all your projects from start to finish across all mediums
  • Building strong relationships with your clients and external stakeholders
  • Pushing for the best work and elevating the level of craft produced by the teams
  • Managing all financials, budgets and jobs efficiently and effectively
  • Working with the senior team on new business prospects/opportunities

 

Qualifications

The person we’re looking for has/is:

  • Prior relevant agency experience (4 years) working in Account Management
  • An excellent communicator with brilliant organisational and project management skills
  • Has excellent attention to detail and doesn’t miss a thing
  • Enjoys working both autonomously and in collaboration with team members, both internally and externally
  • Revels in building lasting relationships and goes the extra mile for their clients
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Adaptable and solutions driven, can think on their feet and pivot at the drop of a hat
  • A real passion for brilliant creative and strategic insights
  • A natural leader and a team player - world class banter is also highly desirable
