About Your Role: Contract Manager

Join us to play a pivotal role in optimising Thales' contract co-ordination and management. As a Contract Manager, you'll be responsible to identify and mitigate contractual and financial risks while uncovering commercial and continuous improvement opportunities throughout the contract life cycle. Your expertise will assist to safeguard Thales' commercial position, ensuring program success and championing business growth.

• Manage contracts and standing offers within the Above Water Systems portfolio.

Due to recent movement within our Front Office department, we have an opportunity for a Night Manager to join our Front Office management team. As part of a team of 4 x Assistant Managers, you will report directly to our Front Desk Manager.

This is a full-time position where you will be required to cover our overnight shifts working between 11pm till 7am, 5 days per week. Sponsorship for this position is available for the right applicant.

You will be based on the front reception and will be responsible for cross checking and balancing work completed during the day by all outlets. You will ensure the highest level of customer service and professionalism is offered at all times whilst maintaining accuracy and guest confidentiality.

A proactive attitude that translates to a high-performance mind set and an outstanding attention to detail is required for the role and you will have the opportunity to work within an award-winning Resort.

The role:

• Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operations of the Resort on the overnight shift.
• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Prepare briefing sheets for all staff, informing them of daily activities, group and VIP arrivals, as well as special requests.
• Check accommodation, making sure special requests are carried out accordingly.
• Assist guests with their luggage and be the first point of contact for all of our guests.
• Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team
