We are a diverse team of Chartered Accountants, Graduate Accountants, Bookkeepers, Business Services Managers and Administrative Staff. We are seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our Katherine team for the role of Client Services Manager.
Job Description
• Developing and reviewing policies and procedures concerning customer relations and making customers aware of KAS services.
• Managing motivating and developing staff dealing with customer service across the offices.
• Ensure operational efficiency within the offices and provide direction and feedback to team members related to customer service.
• Planning and implementing procedures to follow-up customers on customer expectation/satisfaction, after sales services and enhanced services.
• Working closely with management in new client acquisition and organizational growth.
• Administrate daily operations of Katherine office.
• Leading the small tax team and ensuring tax returns are completed and lodged on time with ATO.
• Having periodical meetings with the higher management on customer service and satisfaction to discuss further the progress to be made in customer services.
• Assisting with IT support.
