The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Kiteleys business in our Bomaderry branch as a Roofing Operations Manager. For more than 60 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

Being in an Operations role with us, you’ll be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.

What Will You Do?

As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will be:

  • enhancing operations with the implementation and maintenance of improved workflows
  • undertaking project management and administrative tasks across a range internal projects/programs
  • monitor and manage client incoming & outgoing correspondence (phone calls, voice mails & emails).
  • raising Work Orders for production, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing.
  • implementation of process improvements and standardisation including automation, compliance, accuracy, and customer experience
  • liase with regional counterparts to maximise utilisation of labour resources

More About You

Being a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will also bring: 

  • exposure or interest in, working in a manufacturing environment
  • a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
  • the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • experience in working with social housing projects is advantageous but not essential
  • a commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others
