- Assist in over-seeing the day to day operations of the Front Office.

- Manage and coach the Front Office team to provide personalised, high quality services.
- Supervision of lobby services including car parking and portering, ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible.
- Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.
- Handle all guest enquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner, following through to ensure all issues are rectified to the guest’s full satisfaction.
- Ensure that all information regarding a guest that may improve the quality of their stay is passed on to appropriate departments.
- Work closely and successfully with all other departments to help achieve total guest satisfaction.
