About the Role:

Client Relationship Manager

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
• Generate new business opportunities with support from the Marketing team
• Utilise CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and opportunities
• Set up specific commercial actions, participate in congresses, conferences or customer meetings
• Prepare, present, and follow up on service offers, proposals, and quotes
• Negotiate contracts and work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues or escalations
• Foster and manage key partnerships, including overseeing global actions for major accounts in order to set up privileged partnerships (through MSA (Master Service Agreement), prices lists, Governance plan).
• Track and report on performance to assess success and areas for improvement

Study Manager:

• Lead project delivery by coordinating effectively with both external (Sponsors, CROs, Investigators) and internal (Data Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance) stakeholders

Purpose of your role 

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Australia, you will be an integral part of the Australian Corporate Sales Team and the main purpose of this role will be to acquire and on-board quality new relationships, delivering new customers to a well-established Senior Account Team.
