Our client is a major Not for Profit with a diversified property portfolio with a total value over $800m. Due to growth they are seeking Development Manager to join their team based in Parramatta.
The Role:
This is a varied and diverse role where you will be working directly with the Head of Property across a variety of projects. Projects can range from small refurbishments to major mixed use high rise developments. This is an end to end role where you will get experience across the full development lifecycle from acquisition through to delivery. You will have one direct report to manage and support in this role.
Requirements:
Degree in property, construction, architecture or related discipline
5-10 years experience across development with exposure to portfolio management, leasing and sales
1-2 year experience managing direct reports
Strong communication and stakeholder
