We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Adoption & Support Specialist to join the Talent team! This is a key role within the Business Applications team, where your time will be split amongst system adoption, system training and customer support.
Some of what you’ll be doing
- Facilitate training for new starters and refresher sessions on core business applications (e.g., Bullhorn and LinkedIn).
- Create and maintain LMS modules, user guides, and Help Centre articles to support training and documentation.
- Provide level 1 support for core applications, including ticket management, issue resolution, and change request documentation.
- Maintain a registry and manage incident communication, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Develop and maintain communication templates and pipelines for project updates and alerts.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and stand in for the Change and Technology Manager as needed.
