About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Product and Tech Officer, you will join a dynamic team partnering with Product and Technology (P&T), Sales & Marketing (S&M), Customer Success and Finance leaders. About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. 
• Expert analytical / modeling skills, with ability to analyze large quantities of complex information and summarize key takeouts 
• Proven experience in product analytics or a similar role within a SaaS or tech-focused company.
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and meet timeframes while adjusting to changing priorities

VISA Token ID Customer support team is based in Rotterdam, Toronto, Bangalore, Sydney and growing. Our mission is to provide technical support and solutions to our customers by handling the resolution of the incidents and problems on our products and services. We serve as an advocate for customers' needs internally.

We work closely with Development, Technical specialists, Product teams, and 3rd party product partners to ensure an outstanding technical support to our FinTech customers. We are not a first line support. We are product authorities, and we handle the majority of customer support requests autonomously.

What a Senior Technical Support Analyst - Token ID does at Visa

• Work with customers via telephone, email, WebEx or Teams session
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers within SLA
• Document action plan and progress in case tracking systems
• Solve, reproduce, debug, and diagnose customer issues
• Accountable to supervise customer issues to resolution
• Log software defects using a bug tracking system and work closely with software developers to analyze the defects.

Djirra is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation with over 20 years’ experience accompanying Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, and their children, on their individual journeys. We find solutions through Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women sharing their stories, journeys, and experiences. Djirra celebrates women’s strength and resilience. We deliver holistic, culturally safe, specialist family violence support, legal services and case management, alongside cultural and wellbeing workshops, and programs. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications, the role supports Djirra’s marketing and communications and engagement activities and projects, and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of communications.

Under the direction of the Head of Strategic Communications and working with the Communications and Engagement Coordinator, you will help implement media and communications activity, underpinning our efforts to effectively communicate Djirra priorities and build Djirra’s public profile, provide timely and accurate measurement and reporting of communications activities, undertake effective copywriting and provide administrative support.

Role Overview

You will partner with local management to build strong rapport and ensure that their business requirements are met and that they are fully supported to achieve great outcomes for the recipients of Melba’s services. You will work across the full employee life cycle, workforce planning, wellbeing, IR and ER issues and you will be a key contributor to an excellent corporate culture. This exciting position will see you leading the HR support function in Melba's Gippsland region, with support from the wider Employee Experience team, including Industrial Relations, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Strategic Business Partnering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Strategic partner to Operational and Corporate Support leadership teams to deliver effective workforce solutions across the full employee life cycle.
• Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders and coach leaders to build internal HR capability to manage staffing issues.
• Analyse Employee Experience data to inform solutions to complex people issues.
• Proactively plan for current and future workforce needs.
• Foster a high performance culture through the provision of effective case management and advice.
• Support Change Management initiatives across your client group
• Collaborate with Strategic Business Partnering Manager on complex staffing issues.
• Engage with the broader Employee Experience team on Melba wide projects and strategic HR initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience (2 + years) as a HR Business Partner
• Strong working knowledge of legislative frameworks and industrial awards
• A skilled communicator and people person who has a record of success in developing and optimising relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strategic and innovative thinker who can develop solutions to the business to solve problems
• A flexible and positive outlook.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management or similar, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel to the Gippsland region and/or Morwell Office periodically to support business teams.

About the Job

In this 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, the Senior Analyst is a part of the Business Intelligence (BI) and Research stream of a broader Analytics Team, supporting a broad spectrum of business stakeholders by finding innovative connections through data mining and deep dive analysis. Providing the business with deep insights into the current and likely future behaviour of Rests members and employers through visualisation and data storytelling.

This role supports enterprise business strategy, including retention, onboarding and employer service, executing in concert with all teams across Rest.

The Senior Analyst (BI) role is embedded, and will work day-to-day, within a cross-functional Data and Insight product team.  Vision, roadmap and priorities for each team is set by a product owner.  Each team will contain the skills required to deliver working solutions to end-users (including, but not limited to, analysts, engineers, quality assurance, scrum master, etc. 

Key accountabilities include:

• Help devise and implement behavioural analysis, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards that support data-driven decision making.  Dashboards should be focused on optimisation and end user experience in order to help promote a self-serve analytic culture.
• Actively contribute to the continuous development of the analytical hub through data enrichment, customer interaction derivation, trigger detection and feature engineering.
• As a part of a cross-functional data and insights product team, deploy new analytical data models through sourcing, transforming, and modelling necessary data.
• As a part of a cross-functional data and insights product team, design, develop and implement analytical solutions.  This may include understanding key member behaviours that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to answer complex business questions and extract actionable insights, contributing to the development of business plans and strategies.
• Promote Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making by providing training and support in Tableau navigation, dashboard usage, and interpretation of analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure the continuous improvement of analytical solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement, aligning with the overall analytics strategy, and implementing changes.
• Compliance and Standards: Adhere to organisational principles and guidelines, ensuring that solutions delivered are resilient, scalable, and consistent with Rest's existing framework.
• Actively participate and contribute to the Analytics Community of Practice.
• As the subject matter expert in data and performance reporting, proactively coach junior team members in the Analytics team and more broadly guide members of Tableau Community when needed.

To support the learning and development of the incumbent, over time, the position may have the opportunity to be involved across all aspects of the Analytics team’s scope.

• Supporting our national team of mental health cinicians to provide exceptional mental health support to individuals and businesses across Australia.
• Meeting and greeting clients who attend the practice.
• Answering and making phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner to book and reschedule appointments and maintain waiting lists
• Referral entry and allocation of service packs.
• Maintaining client details and appointments in the company’s practice management system (PowerDiary)
• Collecting and managing client payments, processing Medicare rebates and processing invoices for third party payments
• Managing medical and business correspondence
• Actioning clinician requests promptly
• Completing record keeping tasks for the clinic
• Other duties consistent with the position where required and/or requested by management.
• Full-time position with set hours for reception coverage

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our core-technology division reporting to the Business Intelligence Team Lead, this role will be responsible for creating business intelligence artefacts for the wider business. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to understand reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions in a complex and demanding environment. You will partner closely with business and engineering teams in converting data into insights and actionable items.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work in a frontline team for all BI reporting requests from business stakeholders, and will be responsible for solutioning, developing and supporting our BI reporting platform. You will help Symbio in creating a data driven environment by leveraging latest BI tools and technologies.

What you'll do as a Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify data sets, and build reporting solutions that meet those requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to assist with data-related issues.
• Develop stable and secure BI reporting solutions.
• Always leave BI artefacts in a better state than they were and ensure your solutions are adequately tested.
• Design generic datasets that can be used by multiple reports / dashboards.
• Actively share knowledge with your entire team
• Identify and escalate issues / risks.
