As a Sales Estimator and Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead our estimating processes, ensuring precise project quotes and proactive engagement with clients. Your role will involve close collaboration with our design team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate estimating and quoting for stockroom projects.
- Manage the end-to-end processing of incoming orders through to operations.
- Collaborate with the Design team to deliver top-quality designs.
- Provide backup support for design team members during peak periods or emergencies.
- Assist in maintaining the online order platform.
- Receive and promptly respond to incoming inquiries.
- Liaise with the design team to present clients with innovative design concepts.
- Actively participate in team meetings and weekly sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in general computing skills.
- Experience in estimating, phone sales, and sales support.
- Ability to deliver a prompt and efficient quoting service.
- Proficiency in CAD (advantageous but not necessary).
- Commitment to providing superior customer service and being a valued supplier to our customers.
- Experience in liaising with suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Develop an in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of our product range.
- Proven ability to efficiently win, process, manage, and complete all jobs with zero errors.
