What You’ll Do

Birdeye is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Retention and Growth with a passion for relationship management. The successful candidate will nurture and manage accounts to maintain a healthy life-cycle, while ensuring and allowing customers to see the benefits of Birdeye’s new platform and renew. This role is vital and hands-on role, where you will work hand-in-hand with customers to help improve their online reputation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for renewals of Birdeye’s clients

• Monitor and analyze account health to identify churn risk

• Win back clients who have requested a cancellation

• Utilize your creativity to refine and innovate processes to improve Customer Success

• Leverage your sales skills to reinforce the value proposition of BirdEye

• Be the point of escalation for clients and salespeople to ensure client satisfaction

• Develop methods for managing customer satisfaction

• Leverage research and understand of our clients industries to create tailor-made solutions

• Handle some financial and billing issues for Birdeye clients

• Additional assigned projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in a customer facing support/success/account management/retention role.

• Customer experience champion.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Consultative approach to account management.

• Deep customer empathy.

• Understanding of SMB space, particularly in the specified vertical.

• Exceptional Saas product knowledge.

• Ability to effectively manage delicate customer situations

• Organized and reliable - Able to work as a team with little direction when necessary

• Knowledge of Sales force CRM a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

About the role:

The ICT Project Manager overseeing, organising, and successfully completing designated projects, encompassing proficient reporting, evaluation, and the comprehensive implementation of the projects.

The ICT Project Manager plays a crucial role in making sure that Information & Security projects at CDC run smoothly. They work with people and processes to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet their goals. About you:

• Proven working exposure of successful end to end project management and delivery experience (contract agreements, stakeholder engagement, budget management, milestones etc.)
• Experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams, including internal resources and external service providers.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, application implementation, enterprise architecture, solution design and web technologies.
• Ability to identify risks and provide effective program mitigation strategies.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, commerce, business and/or project management desirable but not a requirement.

We are hiring a Studio Operations Lead that will join the Beanstalk Ventures team. They will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of venture studio programs launched under Beanstalk Ventures. The first landmark studio program is the Drought Venture Studio. Who you are?  

You are a hands-on marketer currently working client-side or at an agency. You have experience in several marketing disciplines such as brand, events and PR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build Lyka’s consumer/industry trade show and events strategy. You will also assist in the implementation of the brand strategy. The role works closely with Lyka’s in-house creative team as well as cross-functional teams such as R&D and Product.  If you have a growth mindset and love the implementation process this role could be a great fit for you. 

What you will do?

• Drive the implementation of the brand strategy, including liaising with internal teams and external agencies or stakeholders 

• Identify and seek out unique PR opportunities to get which may include writing press releases and gathering information from various areas of the business. This includes but is not limited to applying for relevant product, business and people awards 
• Taking ownership of discrete brand related projects with support from our Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing 
• Build Lyka’s brand activations and trade show strategy including execution of the strategy and cross-functional project management of relevant projects

The Purpose:

As a Product Manager in our Payments and Schemes team, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, management and optimisation of the PayID portfolio of Business Payments product currently in market.

As the business owner for the products/services within your portfolio you are responsible for developing action plans and identifying key initiatives to drive adoption and take up of the products/services and identifying opportunities for optimising performance and product enhancements.

This is what you’d be required to do:

• Work closely with the wider Business Payments team to develop a longer-term product roadmap incorporating future product development and enhancements.
• Be accountable for execution of product strategies, action plans and product key performance metrics.
• Support the development of go to market strategies for the Business Payments product portfolio.
• Collaborate with AP+ members to drive adoption and usage of Business Payment products and in-market product optimisation including identification of best practices.
• Collaborate with wider AP+ organisation to explore and execute on opportunities to integrate AP+ capabilities across the Business Payments product portfolio.
• Input to pricing strategy/ies for the Business Payments product portfolio.

We’d love to hear from you if you have;

• Robust experience in product management/product strategy/ stakeholder management roles within the payments industry.
• Specific payments knowledge and experience including technical understanding, and ideally encompassing corporate and B2B payments.
• Experience analysing product/marketing data and customer insights.
• Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting product, market and financial information.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational and tactical activities, assess progress and adapts tactics and plans accordingly.
• Proactively solves problems to effect change, makes informed decisions and takes responsibility.
• Strong business acumen – commercial, pricing, competitor analysis.

• Answer inbound calls from small business owners where you will represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services.

Your Day to Day

• Lead the conceptualisation, execution, and optimisation of the frank green social media and community engagement strategy.

• Oversee social calendar management, content scheduling, and publication across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Innovate audience-centric and platform-appropriate social content concepts.
• Conduct research on prevailing benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Deliver ongoing social media reporting against predefined objectives and KPIs.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to maintain brand consistency.
• Provide customer service support through direct engagement across our social channels.
• Manage copywriting and content production processes.
• Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Spearhead social campaign management and offer support from ideation to execution for product launches.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic KPIs on a weekly basis, with monthly reporting on community development and engagement.

Your Skills

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in social media, content, and community management.
• Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret data and report on performance and KPIs.
• A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
• Creative aptitude to conceptualise and deliver engaging content aligned with our brand values.
• A keen interest in global brands, trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.
• Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
