Your New Role
Are you passionate about creating captivating content and building communities? We're seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to join our team at frank green. Collaborate directly with the Creative & Marketing Directors to shape and execute our social media and community engagement strategy. Bring your expertise in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or design industries. Create innovative and engaging daily content that resonates across multiple platforms, connecting with our dedicated community.
Your Day to Day
- Lead the conceptualisation, execution, and optimisation of the frank green social media and community engagement strategy.
- Oversee social calendar management, content scheduling, and publication across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Innovate audience-centric and platform-appropriate social content concepts.
- Conduct research on prevailing benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Deliver ongoing social media reporting against predefined objectives and KPIs.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to maintain brand consistency.
- Provide customer service support through direct engagement across our social channels.
- Manage copywriting and content production processes.
- Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Spearhead social campaign management and offer support from ideation to execution for product launches.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic KPIs on a weekly basis, with monthly reporting on community development and engagement.
Your Skills
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in social media, content, and community management.
- Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret data and report on performance and KPIs.
- A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
- Creative aptitude to conceptualise and deliver engaging content aligned with our brand values.
- A keen interest in global brands, trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
