We are currently searching for an Operations Support Assistant to support the operations function across a growing team in the Natural Resource sector.
As this is a unique role we encourage and appreciate that past experiences, back grounds and future goals will contribute to making someone the most suitable candidate. Most of all we are looking for a person that has a positive, “can do” approach to their work and learning as we commit to guide you on your journey in becoming an operations superstar!
This is a diverse role and no two days will be the same, the main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the team maintain compliance through weekly checks and reporting
- Monthly invoicing
- Project set up in D365
- Supporting and the preparing the team for audits
- Calendar and event management
- Formatting of proposals, reports and CV conversions as per our corporate identity standards
- Providing support to the national operations lead
- Assisting the team with general queries
